Hello

My name is Catherine and my son James who is 9 has left-sided Hemiplegia and Epilepsy. I live in Cambridge and am friends with another mum whos son has CP (he goes to school with James).

We are trying to set up a football club for children with CP/Hemi. The club is to be aimed at 7-11 year old and will hopefully run from Impington Village College Sports Club in Cambridge.
We have been in contact with Cambridge FC who are happy to run the club but they wish to apply to funding to help run it.
Prior to applying for this funding we need to have an idea of numbers of children interested.

At this stage all we need is your name and address. There is no committment required and you can obviously change your mind at any point. This is simply so that we have some idea of how many children would potentially be interested in attending.
